My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste Marie was a mix of highs and lows. the attentive staff and clean facilities were commendable, along with the good breakfast spread. However, the disappointment of the non-working hot tub was a letdown, despite Tina's thoughtful gesture. Location-wise, being steps away from Lake Superior State University was convenient, and the proximity to the Kewadin Casino added a thrilling touch to our evenings. the complimentary shuttle service was a nice perk for exploring the area easily. I do wish they had ensured all amenities were in working order to truly elevate the stay.
